Terms and Conditions for Purchase

The prices of the products published on the website are expressed in Macedonian denars and there are no hidden costs.

We reserve the right to change the published prices, in accordance with the company’s policy, without prior notice to users. Price changes will apply to all orders placed after the new prices come into effect. All confirmed orders before the new prices come into effect will be executed according to the prices that were in effect at the time the orders were placed. The consumer undertakes to pay the price that is offered at the time of placing the order. All discounts, promotions and special promotional product packages will be separately marked. The consumer can choose one or more products, as well as a package of products published on the website.

The consumer may supplement or correct the order at any time, before making the payment. If the consumer places the order and it is confirmed by us (enters the processing process), it can be canceled no later than 3 hours from the time the order is confirmed and entered into processing by Group Solution.

In the event of any technical problems with the website, Group Solution DOOEL has the right to refuse the order or to interrupt the purchase process, and we are not obliged to provide any compensation, except for the refund of the funds paid by the consumer.

Shipping and delivery

The shipping and delivery of the products is determined by the cargo service. We deliver from our premises in Skopje while the delivery is carried out by a courier service. After confirming the order, we will notify you by e-mail about the status of your order.

You will receive 2 e-mail notifications:

  1. Confirmation that your order has been received
  2. Confirmation that the product has been delivered to your address.

Your order will be delivered to you within a maximum of 7 business days from the moment of receiving the first confirmation (that your order has been completed by MyVibe). All products published for sale on our site include delivery to your address.

When the cargo service delivers your order, it is mandatory for it to ask for your signature. If the cargo service does not reach you at the address you provided on the first attempt and fails to contact you on the written contact phone number, the delivery rule for a maximum of 7 days ceases to apply and the product would be delivered when the service manages to contact you. If in the event that they do not establish contact with you within a period of 7 days, the product is returned to Group Solution. Group Solution DOOEL reserves the right not to refund the funds from the purchased product, but to ensure re-delivery of the product to your address where the delivery cost would be borne by the buyer (including products that were with free delivery included).

Public Holidays

Please note that if the order is placed during a public holiday and non-working days determined by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, Group Solution reserves the right to extend the delivery day.

Terms and conditions for return

The consumer has the right to return the ordered/purchased product in accordance with the terms and conditions stated here.

Each user is obliged, upon receipt of the product(s), to check them for possible damage during transport, and if it concerns multiple products, to check whether any product is missing. If the delivered product is damaged or a certain product is missing from the order, the consumer is obliged to immediately inform us on the customer support numbers or the e-mail address, in order to replace the damaged product(s) or deliver the missing products, otherwise he loses the right to later raise a complaint about the delivered product. In this case, the costs for replacing the product will not be borne by the consumer. If the entire return or replacement process is not completed within a period of 7 days, the consumer also loses the right to complain.

Group Solution DOOEL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
